Kale Apple Pecan Salad with Citrus Honey Dressing. A deliciously fresh and flavorful salad perfect for any season!

Kale Apple Pecan Salad with Citrus Honey Dressing

The inspiration behind this kale apple salad comes from my favorite bbq place. When I go there, I always enjoy my brisket or pulled pork with a kale salad with citrus dressing and mac and cheese! In the summer, we sit outside in the warm sun and enjoy this delicious salad with our bbq. The raisins and apples give it a slight sweetness. I love the fresh citrus flavor in the vinaigrette.
