Buffalo Chicken Pinwheels are an easy appetizer perfect for entertaining or game day! With spicy buffalo chicken dip wrapped in buttery, flaky puff pastry for a delicious handheld snack.

Buffalo chicken pinwheels

I am obsessed with buffalo chicken! If I could choose only one meal for the rest of my life, it would probably be a buffalo chicken sandwich with ranch dressing. So these buffalo chicken dip pinwheels are right up my alley.

These baked buffalo chicken pinwheels make an amazing easy appetizer. With shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, shredded cheese, and a little ranch dip mix for flavor. Wrapped in flaky puff pastry then dip it in ranch dressing or blue cheese. Unlike some pinwheel recipes which are served cold rolled in a tortilla. These are served wrapped in warm puff pastry for a satisfying appetizer recipe. It’s sure to be a winner!

If you are in a pinch, canned chicken also works for this recipe! I had a party I was planning on making these for and couldn’t get to the store to get a rotisserie chicken. Everyone loved the pinwheels made with canned chicken.
