¾cup (approx. 2 medium stalks)rhubarbleaves removed, chopped
Instructions
Heat a small saucepan on medium heat and add water and sugar. Stir to dissolve the sugar. Once the mixture comes to a boil, add chopped rhubarb. Cook for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to simmer for 10 more minutes.
Strain out the rhubarb using a strainer. Let cool before using or storing.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one month.
