Preheat oven 350°F.
Spray an 8 by 8 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Combine all wet ingredients; Greek yogurt, apple sauce, honey, date paste, and vanilla into the mixing bowl. Mix well.Add in all dry ingredients; oat flour, flaxseed meal, baking soda, and cinnamon. Mix until well combined. Gently fold pears into batter. Pour batter into the prepared baking dish.
Bake approximately 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when poked in the middle.
Let cool. Slice into bars and serve.Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
