Pomegranate Mimosas are a simple and elegant holiday drink. Simply made with prosecco or champagne, pomegranate juice, and orange bitters.

Pomegranate Mimosas

Pomegranate cocktails are perfect for holidays and winter gatherings. This mimosa without orange juice is a festive spin on the classic mimosa. With a wonderful pomegranate and light orange flavor. Making it a perfect addition to a brunch! This pomegranate mimosas recipe is so simple to make and only requires a few ingredients. Just pour pomegranate juice, orange bitters, and prosecco or champagne into a champagne flute. Add pomegranate seeds and orange peel for a special and elegant touch.

How to Make Pomegranate Mimosas

Add pomegranate juice
pour in orange bitters
top with prosecco
  1. Pour pomegranate juice into a champagne flute.
  2. Pour in orange bitters.
  3. Top with prosecco. Garnish with an orange peel and pomegranate seeds.
  4. Serve immediately.

Tips/Variations

  • Use fresh orange juice instead of orange bitters.
  • Use orange liqueur such as Grand Marnier or Cointreau instead of the orange bitters.
  • Use 100 percent pomegranate juice such as POM Wonderful.
  • Pour the champagne in slowly as it will bubble.

What is the Best Alcohol for Mimosas?

Prosecco, Champagne, and Cava are all great choices for sparking wine when making mimosas. Prosecco is generally a little sweeter.
