Fresh dried lemon zest, black pepper, salt, and garlic powder are all you need to make the Best Homemade Lemon Pepper Seasoning Recipe! The perfect seasoning to sprinkle on chicken, fish, vegetables, pasta, and more!

homemade lemon pepper seasoning

This is the best seasoning! Why? Because it is made with fresh dried lemon zest, black pepper, salt, and garlic. Just 4 simple ingredients and it’s really an easy recipe. From scratch seasonings are always better because there are no preservatives or chemicals and you can control the amount of salt. I love sprinkling this stuff on chicken, fish, vegetables, and pasta. It’s so good!

I have really been enjoying making my own seasonings this year. They taste much fresher than store-bought. I just love the smell of dried lemon zest as it dries in the oven! Check out my Dried Lemon Peel post for a more detailed post on how to dry lemon zest.

What kind of recipe does not include a baking temperature? And how do all these other people not mention it. Almost like fake reviews.
Maybe provide true information. In the drying process, temperature is one of the most important elements. Way to drop the ball
