Equipment

  • high-powdered blender (like Vitamix)

Ingredients

  • 2 medium frozen bananas
  • ¼-⅓ cup milk plant-based or regular
  • tbsp cacao powder
  • tbsp peanut butter or peanut butter powder

Smoothie Bowl Toppings

  • sliced bananas, a drizzle of peanut butter and honey, chocolate chips or cacao nibs, chia seeds, etc.

Instructions

  • Prepared desired toppings.
    To a high-speed blender, add frozen bananas, ¼ cup of milk, PB powder, and cacao powder. Blend until smooth. Add 1 tablespoon of milk at a time until the desired consistency is reached . Stop and scrape down the sides then re-blend when necessary.
    Transfer to a bowl. Top with sliced banana, drizzle with peanut butter, honey, sprinkle with chocolate chips and chia seeds, or any other toppings you may like.
    Serve immediately.
