Equipment
- champagne flutes
Ingredients
- colored cotton candy
- Sparkling wine Prosecco, rose, or champagne
Instructions
- Fill champagne glasses ¾ full with cotton candy.
- Slowly pour the sparkling wine over the cotton candy. Leave about an inch at the top of your glass for garnish.
- Garnish with a small piece of cotton candy on the rim of the glass. Make sure you don't touch the cotton candy to the sparkling wine or it will disintegrate.Serve immediately.
