- 3 clementines or tangerines or 1 navel orange, peel removed
- 1 apple cored and quartered
- 1 banana frozen
- 1 carrot peeled and chopped
- ½ cup blackberries or blueberries fresh or frozen
- 2 dates, pitted substitute maple syrup or honey
- 1 tbsp acai powder or frozen acai packet
- 1 tsp fresh ginger minced, substitute ¼ tsp ground ginger
- ½ tsp turmeric powder
- 1 cup + ice to reach desired consistency
To a blender, add clementines, apples, bananas, carrots, blackberries, dates, acai powder, ginger, turmeric, and ice.Blend for a couple of minutes until smooth (stop and scrape down the sides and reblend if needed). Add more ice and blend until the desired consistancy is reached.Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
