Pour instant coffee, sugar, and hot water in a mixing bowl.Using an electric mixer (hand or stand) whip mixture on medium-high. Whip until mixture stiffens, turns lighter in color, is foamy, and whipped (1-4 minutes).
In 2 glasses, pour 3/4-1 cup of milk in each glass with the desired amount of ice.Spoon whipped coffee on top of the milk. Stir and enjoy!
