1puff pastry sheetthawed

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F.Spray the muffin tin with non stick cooking spray.
Place puff pastry sheet on a clean, lightly floured surface. Lightly flour the top of the pastry. Cut pastry into 12 equal square pieces. Pierce the middle of each square with a fork.Place one square into each muffin tin.
Beat softened cream cheese, honey, and extract until smooth.Spoon a heaping ½ tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture into each puff pastry cup. Top with one fig half.
Bake approximately 15 minutes or until the pastry is puffed and golden and the fig is soft. Remove pastries from the muffin tin (use a spoon to help scoop them out if necessary). Top each pastry with a drizzle of honey. Serve.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
