In a large bowl, combine oil, vinegar, sugar, cheese, herbs, and spices. Coat chicken breasts in the marinade. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes up to 12 hours.
Heat grill on medium to medium-high heat.Wrap bacon around each chicken breast and secure the bacon to the chicken using a toothpick.
Grill chicken 5-7 minutes for direct heat and 12-15 minutes for indirect heat, flip and continue grilling until completely cooked through with no pink. The internal temperature should be about 165 degrees F (Grilling time depends on size and thickness). Remove toothpick before serving and serve immediately.
