Ingredients

  • ¼ cup avocado oil
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp coconut aminos or light soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp garlic minced
  • 1 tsp ginger minced
  • 1 tsp chili paste
  • 12 ounces shredded red and green cabbage with carrots mix
  • 9 ounces broccoil slaw mix
  • 1 Asian pear cut into matchsticks
  • sesame seeds garnish, optional

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, mix avocado oil, sesame oil, rice vinegar, coconut aminos, honey, garlic, ginger, and chili paste.
    Add cabbage, broccoli slaw, and Asian pear. Toss to completely coat with sauce.
    Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
    Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
